Viralize ("the Service") is provided by Gabriel Williams, an individual seller based in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). When you use Viralize you are contracting with Gabriel Williams. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Viralize is an AI tool that analyses a video link you submit and suggests moments likely to perform well as short clips, with timestamps, estimated views and hooks. You must be at least 18, or have authority to bind the organisation you use Viralize for.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or for spam;
• submit content you do not have the rights to, or otherwise infringe anyone's intellectual property;
• use the Service to create or promote deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, illegal or harmful content;
• introduce malware, probe or attack our systems, scrape the Service, or try to bypass usage limits or safeguards (including jailbreaking the AI);
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

4. Your content and AI outputs

You keep ownership of the videos and links you submit, and you are responsible for having the rights to them and for how you use the results. You grant us a limited licence to process your submissions solely to provide the Service. AI outputs (including view estimates) are predictions, may be inaccurate, and should be checked before you rely on them. Rights-holders can report infringing use to us via the contact details below; we may remove content, restrict outputs and suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.

5. Our intellectual property

We own the Service and all related software, design, documentation and the Viralize brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewals, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; if you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. Free accounts get 1 video every 48 hours.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account ends, we delete your data as described in our Privacy Notice.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
